All of our cookies are made from a blend of butter, light brown and granulated sugar, salt, raising agents and vanilla extract, combined with plain flour and fresh eggs. Each batch of dough is made fresh to order and chilled overnight in the fridge before being baked to perfection, crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy in the centre.

Storage/Shelf Life: Our cookies come boxed (unless requested otherwise for an event), presented on a protective layer of shredded paper. Once received we recommend storing your cookies in an airtight container in a cool dry place. While they taste best if eaten as soon as possible, your cookies will stay fresh for up to five days.
